- Field Upgradeable
- Powerful and flexible test software
- Comprehensive test solution for storage devices
Engineered from industry standard Flexstar products the ATS provides customers an excellent ability to test returned drives (RMA) or provide Failure Analysis (FA) engineers an easy to use desktop test system.
Flexstar Ambient Test Systems (ATS) deliver accurate testing with consistency over the widest range of different drive sizes, interfaces and capacity. The ATS can be correlated back to Flexstar environmental chambers and burn-in racks tests by using the same scripts.
The well-proven Flexstar software simplifies testing with a familiar GUI and the ability to easily create and modify test scripts with no programming expertise required.
Engineered from industry standard Flexstar products the ATS provides customers an excellent ability to test returned drives (RMA) or provide Failure Analysis (FA) engineers an easy to use desktop test system.
The system is 19” rack mountable and up to 3 systems can be daisy chained together or an external network switch can be used to produce large scale testing environment.
The combination of the Flexstar software, single board computer and three choices of power card options provide the flexibility that Flexstar is known for throughout the storage industry.
4U 2.5” ATS
Individual drive ports may be programmed to run different tests asynchronously. Failed drives can be debugged in place while other slots continue to run.
The optional serial port data capture capability enables access to the device under test even if the interface is not responding.
The Flexstar ATS supports all of the industry-standard storage device interfaces, including SCSI, SAS, FireWire, SATA, PATA, ATAPI and USB.
The Flexstar advanced ambient testers enable flexible, accurate and repeatable mass ambient testing for any storage device.
