The Flexstar Network Power Margin board is highly
evolved to provide the highest levels of precision and
repeatability. Up to four independently programmable
channel outputs deliver up to 5 amps per channel with
voltage ranging from 0V to 15V in 7.5mV increments.
A built-in microprocessor manages the communication,
addressing, internal voltage algorithms and self-
calibration, ensuring tight control of outputs. An on-
board memory enables acquisition of power samples
with programmable sample rates, useful for capturing
snapshots of power profiles.
Read back of voltage and current is very precise:
current measurement over the full 5A range has a 2mA
resolution and an accuracy of +/- 1% of full scale;
voltage measurement ranges from 0V to 15V with a
3.6mV resolution and an accuracy of +/- 0.5% of full
scale.
Slew rates can be programmed in 1-millisecond
increments allowing the development of test scripts to
meet the requirements of a wide range of applications.
Additionally, all channels can be programmed for
synchronous slew.
The Flexstar Network Power Margin Board enables
flexible, accurate and repeatable power margining for
any storage device under test.
