The Flexstar single board computer is at the heart of all Flexstar test systems. Now in its fifth generation, the high performance and flexibility enable maximum throughput, leading to faster testing and quicker problem determination and resolution.

The 64-bit, 66MHz PCI-X 2.2 compliant expansion slot gives the single board computer the bandwidth to run the fastest disk drives at their maximum data rates and still have headroom to manage future performance increases.

In addition to future-proofing your test system, earlier Flexstar test systems can be upgraded with the single board computer, extending the test capabilities and protecting your investment.

The compact form-factor combined with high bandwidth allows the highest-density test chambers for small form- factor drives. Onboard gigabit Ethernet ensures fast system startup of large multi-port chambers and remote management.
